Limited Warranty
Provider Series, LLC  warrants PSL6 lavalier microphones against defects in material or workmanship for a period of (1) year from the date of original purchase and agrees to repair or replace any defective unit without charge for parts or labor.
Important: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, the affixing of any attachment not provided with the product, loss of parts or connecting the product to any but the specified receptacles.  
 
Should you have problems during the warranty period, you may ship your Provider Series PSL6 microphone prepaid (along with your sales invoice as proof of purchase) to our service department for repair or replacement after obtaining an RMA number. Please call 678-377-4885 for a RMA number.
