I just wanted to shoot you guys a message and let you know how pleased we are with our PSM1 headworn mic. I had been shopping a new headworn for several weeks, and after reading the reviews you were getting on the PSM1 I decided to try it out. To say it met my expectations is a gross understatement. Not only did the Pastor love it because it was out of his way, but the clarity of sound is just incredible. I was so impressed by what I saw and heard, that I ordered a second PSM1 for our other speakers to use as well. To top it all off, the support I received from your guys was top notch. When I received my first PSM1 one of the two provided cables had a short in it. I contacted your support line and they immediately shipped me a new cable, along with an extra! I am amazed at the quality of the PSM1, and if possible even more amazed at the people behind this great product. I am recommending them to everyone I know.
